TDC

Tdc is a unique tool that can change the existing icons on your system for new designs arranged by subject.

It includes 10 themes, but others can be downloaded from the website, and you can also create your own (futuristic, linux, paper, lineaf, etc).

The program works as follows:

Install the application.

Select : home -> TDC -> Themes, and select a theme from those included.

Go to screen settings -> appearance -> effects, and double-click on the large icons (You can select and deselect) and accept. (this step is correct for Windows XP).

And that's it, you have changed your icons ... throughout the entire process you will receive the proper instructions. It's that simple.

According to the author, the program works fine on Windows 98/Me. but only partially on 95/NT/2000/XP, that is, some icons can't be changed.
